IFS Food v6 training & Sensory partnership in Bulgaria
The second IFS Academy – IFS Food (version 6) training session took place on the 18th of September in Sofia, under the guidance of Yana Milcheva, Food Safety & Quality Management/Consultant. Numerous representatives of producers and retail attended the session.
The partnership between NSF Euro Consultants Bulgaria and the Union of Local Food Industries goes on. Training sessions about sensory analysis took place on the 18th and 29th of September in our offices. The practice modules of the training sessions were lead by Kristina Peteva, Food Safety & Quality Management/Consultant.
