The Institut Supérieur des Etudes Technologiques of Bizerte (ISET Bizerte) invited EuroSensoLab, our Tunisian subsidiary, to attend the first Journée de la Technologie Agro-Alimentaire (JTAA) (Agri-foods Technology Day) on Friday, 8 May 2015. The topic was “Produits de la mer : Vecteur de la qualité et de l’innovation” (Ocean products: A vector for quality and innovation”).

Imen Ben Hassine, Sensory Analysis Manager, gave a presentation on the “Evaluation organoleptique en laboratoire du poisson et des mollusques et crustacés” (The organoleptic assessment of fish, molluscs and shellfish in the laboratory).
